Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. The service
OrderGate (https://ordergate.dev), operated by Arsen Tsntsgoukian, Cyprus, is software that lets restaurants receive and manage orders from connected delivery platforms in one interface. OrderGate is currently in development and offered to pilot restaurants.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you give access to.
3. Delivery platforms
OrderGate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wolt, Delivery Hero, Foody, efood, Bolt or any other platform. Your relationship with each platform, including commissions, payouts, order acceptance times and their terms, stays between you and that platform. Platform features depend on what each platform makes available and may change.
4. Acceptable use
Use OrderGate only for running your own restaurant's orders. Don't misuse it, try to access other restaurants' data, or interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.
5. Data
You keep ownership of your data. We process customer data in orders on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Pilot access is free unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid plans, if any, will be agreed before they apply.
7. Availability
We work to keep OrderGate reliable but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep a fallback way of receiving orders, such as the platform's own app, especially during the pilot.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost orders, revenue or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending use
You can stop using OrderGate at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request, we will delete or return your data unless we must keep it by law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Questions: hello@ordergate.dev.
